LED UV curing new site launch for Korea print industry
Ground-breaking developments in UV LED curing for the South Korean
digital ink jet and label web printing industry are now available online at
www.uvintegration.kr
The site, operated by UK-based
technology pioneers Integration Technology Ltd (ITL), is the first of a
series of micro-sites being developed for the company's operating
subsidiaries.
Founded in 2000, ITL designs and assembles compact, lightweight, modular UV
LED systems for inkjet and industrial applications at its headquarters on
the historic former air base at Upper Heyford, near Oxford.
ITL's UK operation is complemented by its regional offices in the USA (its
largest market with a 65% share of global sales), China and Korea whilst
access to the Japanese market is provided through a distribution
relationship with a major local supplier.
South Korea is one of ITL's fastest-growing sales and marketing territories,
accounting for around 10% of the company's global sales. The Bicester-based
technology developer opened its Seoul office in under Business Development
manager, Lewis Jun.
Lewis is responsible for all Korean & Taiwanese business development, market
analysis and customer support working out of an office in Seoul and joined
ITL in 2007 from local client Keundo, where he was Overseas Sales Manager.
Prior to Keundo, Lewis worked in a variety of commercial roles mostly in
import or export, and also as a senior consular assistant for the
Consulate-General of Japan in Australia.
Lewis initially studied Mechanical Engineering before switching to Economics
and Japanese studies in which he graduated. He speaks fluent Korean,
Japanese and English.
A Chinese language site for ITL's Shanghai office is currently in
development.
