A spate of new contracts and additions across the UK measures the continued growth of the cleaning and security services provider, Regent Samsic in the year’s first quarter.
2016 sees steady brand penetration for the Coventry-based building services contractor spanning a wide range of client markets.
Joining the Regent Samsic portfolio are a number of sites in the North East, London and the Midlands managed by facilities infrastructure provider, Fisco UK. A new SME client for the company is Midlands-based online marketing company Adtrack.
Regent Samsic’s contract with Provident Insurance has been extended to take in the client’s operations in Rhyl, Devon and Belfast, while new client BNP Paribas Real Estates has added sites in the North to those already been cleaned in London and the South East.
Auto industry supplier Mahle Aftermarket has extended its contract at new purpose built office and warehouse complex in the West Midlands, and car dealership Vertu Group has added further retail sites in the North of England and Scotland to the Regent Samsic portfolio.
Regent Samsic is now cleaning NHS Blood & Transplant’s site at Basildon as well as IT giant Oracle’s premises in London’s West End. St Gobain Distribution Centres in Bristol, Gloucester, Chester, Leicester and Perth have been added to the Regent Samsic contract.
Regent Samsic Scotland operations have also secured a regional contract on behalf of leading construction company Galliford Try.
“We’re very pleased to see sustained growth of this kind on our client base,” comments joint managing director John Critchell.
“It’s particularly encouraging to see how both corporates and small to medium sized enterprises can be found in our latest figures.
“It’s great to be associated with newcomers to market as well as the established business successes.”
