State-of-the art London audio production house Wall of Waves has hired Peter Muir PR (PMPR) to work on a range of campaigns being undertaken in 2012/13 by the studio.
Wall of Waves projects include Sacred Spaces, a unique audio recording project exploring the acoustics and atmospheres of unusual locations located throughout Britain.
Curated by British modern-classical composer and multi-instrumentalist producer Marvin Ayres, Sacred Spaces visits incongruous places for composition and performance. The project aims to reawaken the inherent and/or dormant spirit residing in unlikely locations ranging from derelict industrial sites to historical places of interest, and re-appropriating them for musical purposes.
Previous Wall of Waves clients include Marvin Ayres, ex-Heaven 17 and Human League Martyn Ware’s BEF, Italian acoustic guitarist Franco Fiotti, Fractal Skull, progressive rock pioneers Curved Air and the BBC.
The south London-based audio suite is an ideal environment for recording, mixing and editing, in stereo, 5.1 and 9.1 surround-sound with a mixture of digital and analogue equipment.
Via its affiliate Singsong PR, PMPR fields extensive music industry expertise spanning label and artist promotion with emphasis on back catalogue and legacy performers.
