Prochem Europe boosts cleaning technology offer for 2018

Innovatory cleaning technology and solutions in the latest product catalogue from Prochem Europe include key new releases for 2018.

New to market in the portable machines section is the company’s CR2 Multi-Surface, a versatile ‘touch-free’ restoration system that not only does away with the need for mops and brushes, but – with the addition of a carpet wand or upholstery tool – can also be used for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

The machine has a powerful 500 psi pump with built-in auto chemical feed system for cleaning and pressure washing and offers an optional Heat ‘n’ Run system to further boost cleaning performance.

A three-stage vacuum system enables swift and effective water and soil recovery. A built-in wand and hose caddy system makes the CR2 easy to transport with all necessary tools required to site. A wide range of optional carpet and upholstery cleaning accessories further broadens its application to multi-surface restoration, as and when required.

Prochem is replacing the Endeavor SX9000 with the already-acclaimed Endeavor 500 unit now featuring a new 2-Stage 8.4” vacuum motor. With a high pressure 500 psi induction drive piston pump and high airflow 8.4” vacuum motor, the Endeavor 500 matches the performance of a small truck mount unit.

Portables accessories and attachments from Prochem Europe are expanded further by the new Powermate 1200, a lightweight easy-to-manoeuvre extraction machine power wand with self-levelling cylindrical 2500 rpm brush, 12” vacuum head and 25 ft. power cable.

Also new to accessories this year is the S-Bend Stair Wand, a short 36” handle 2-jet wand for easy cleaning of stair treads.

Britain’s principal supplier of truck mounted extractor cleaning technology, Prochem Europe is introducing an addition to its ranges in the Sapphire 370SS.

The smallest machine in cubic size available, needing 50% less cubic space than competitive models thereby freeing up precious van space, the brand new 370SS features a new look with carbon fibre-style detailing and a backlit front bezel.

New truck mount accessories this year feature the Sapphire Hoss 700 truck mount cleaning tool.

Engineered to maximize carpet cleaning performance and reduce dry times, the HOSS 700 cleans at 700 passes per minute, delivering solution at precise rates and agitating thoroughly to dramatically improve cleaning results.

Furthermore, the down force created by the HOSS 700 combined with optimized vacuum flow results in maximum extraction, reducing carpet dry times by up to 30% compared to standard cleaning wands.

Prochem Europe truck mount accessories for 2018 also include the Sapphire Titanium S-bend and Sapphire Wand Glide.

The new S-Bend benefits from high-strength ultra-light weight titanium construction to reduce operator fatigue. Four and six-jet manifold provides superior coverage.

The new Sapphire wand glide reduces drying times, prompts fatigue-free cleaning via a precision-fit polymer glide that makes cleaning strokes almost effort-free.
