Prochem says Natural to be
at Interclean '08
Prochem Europe meets
growing demand for cleaning solutions that are friendlier on the
environment with the launch of a range of biodegradable cleaning products
at this year's ISSA Interclean show in Amsterdam.
The UK company, which markets a wide range of high quality cleaning
solutions and technology, is exhibiting in Hall 5 on Stand 115 at the
show, held in Amsterdam in The Netherlands.
The new and aptly-named Natural Range constitutes three specific
cleaners: E309 Natural Stone Cleaner, a detergent cleaning formula for
natural stone flooring, tiles and countertops; E772 Natural Carpet
Cleaner, a carpet extraction cleaner with micro-encapsulation formula;
and E717 Natural Carpet Pre-spray, a carpet pre-spray & traffic lane
cleaner also with micro-encapsulation formula.
All contain natural lemongrass, eucalyptus and tea tree oil fragrance and
share safe, gentle balanced pH values. Natural Carpet Cleaner and
Pre-Spray are both phosphate-free and VOC compliant. E309 Natural Stone
Cleaner contains no harsh acids and has a neutral pH suitable for natural
stone such as marble, limestone, granite and travertine.
Other new chemicals products on show from Prochem on show include S745
Procaps, B148 Fabric Pre-Spray, E551 Truck Mount Descaler and TM2401
Scotchgard™ Carpet Protector.
3M’s new Scotchgard™ Carpet Protector Concentrate, TM2401, is now
exclusively available from Prochem Europe distributors throughout the UK.
Scotchgard ™ Carpet Protector is an all-new technology product with
enhanced performance characteristics. The concentrated product is diluted
with 4 parts of water and then sprayed onto new or freshly extraction
cleaned carpet to significantly improve the soil and stain repellency of
the carpet.
A spray cleaner for interim carpet maintenance with cylindrical brush
machines such as the Prochem Fiberdri TM4, Procaps is a soil
encapsulating clear liquid formula with tropical lemon fragrance that
leaves carpets clean and dry in 20-30 minutes. Low moisture, low residue,
Procaps gives enhanced soil resistance and its superior formulation lifts
and encapsulates soil, spots and stains.
Safe on wool, wool mix and stain-resistant carpets (subject to testing),
it benefits from a rinse-free solution that dries quickly to a dry
crystalline finish, which can be vacuumed away.
A useful solution for truck mount technology owners in hard water areas,
Prochem's Truck Mount Descaler is a liquid inhibited descaler for removal
of hard water deposits from the company’s extensive range of truck mount
cleaning machines. A clear, odourless solution, it benefits from a
non-corrosive formulation making it easier and safer to handle.
Also new from Prochem, Fabric Pre-Spray is a re-launch of an economical
pre-spray with buffered mild alkaline formula that helps release soil
from wet cleanable fabric upholstery. A clear liquid with lemon
fragrance, it is applied by hand sprayer to heavily soiled areas, which
can then be extraction cleaned.
Prochem Europe's renowned truck mounted extractor cleaning technology is
represented at the show by its Blazer XL, a compact, simple and
affordable unit for cleaners upgrading from a portable electric machine,
and the Apex, a larger, dual wand machine for commercial or restoration
work, shown here with its popular diesel power unit.
Other elements from Prochem Europe's extensive portable cleaning
machinery offer includes the Steempro 2000, offering a high power vacuum
and pump system with an internal “whisper quiet” silencer, making it one
of the most powerful yet quiet portable extractors in the world.
Also on Stand 115 is a Prochem Galaxy portable extractor, for residential
and institutional cleaning of carpets, rugs and upholstery; Polaris
state-of-the-art self-contained carpet soil extractors for the
institutional and commercial carpet cleaner; the highly compact and
portable high performance FiveStar carpet and floor cleaning machine
perfectly suited for use in small hotels, guest houses, and nursing
homes; and the remarkable Supernova, a self-contained extractor that
cleans in a both forward and reverse motion to provide unparalleled
productivity, cleaning up to 370 sq m of carpet or flooring in one hour.
The 22nd edition of ISSA/Interclean runs from May 6-9th 2008 is
anticipated to attract over 25,000 professionals from 120 countries
meeting exhibitors from 31 countries.
