Regent Cleaning sponsors Cardiff’s SWALEC Stadium for 2010
National contractor Regent Cleaning has signed up
as a corporate sponsor to Cardiff’s SWALEC Stadium
for 2010.
The company joins a range of sponsors benefitting from brand association
with the high profile events that have taken place at the stadium,
including the tremendously successful Ashes Test Match.
The deal brings Regent Cleaning its own stand for the season together
with a package of print, on-site TV and ground advertising opportunities
as well as widespread brand exposure from numerous events to be held at
the stadium this year.

Opened in May 2008 as a new home for Glamorgan Cricket Club, the Stadium
cost £9.5 million and boasts a 16,000 strong capacity sporting arena and
state of the art conferencing and banqueting facilities.
SWALEC has successfully hosted an Ashes Test Match, a cabinet meeting
with Prime Minister Gordon Brown, the 2008 BBC Wales Sports Personality
of the Year Awards, the Welsh Conservative Party Conference and was
recently the training venue for the new John Lewis store in Cardiff.
Commenting on the new sponsorship deal, Regent Cleaning joint managing
director John Critchell said;
"We work with a number of high profile venues throughout the UK and we
are thrilled to have entered a partnership agreement with the SWALEC
Stadium.
"Following the enormous success of the Ashes Test Match earlier this
year and the extremely positive coverage surrounding the Stadium, the
SWALEC Stadium is a very strong brand to be associated with."
Regent Cleaning cleans a number of major UK leisure venues and stadia
including Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium and has recently been appointed
to service the Headingley Carnegie cricket stadium in Leeds.
