REGENT NEWSRegent cleans hi-tech Business Centre The contract to provide cleaning services to the £3 million TechnoCentre on the Coventry University Technology Park development has been won by Regent Cleaning. The hi-tech three-storey building provides dedicated accommodation for small and medium sized enterprises via 30 self-contained units and office suites. The Centre supports its tenants with a range of services including a Reception facility, telephone answering service, IT and even shower facilities. It also has a 50-capacity Bistro and a state-of-the-art Conference Centre. A major part of the Park, the Conference Centre caters for large and small groups participating in training, conferences and seminars. Rooms are suitable for 2-200 people and can be hired on a daily or half-day basis seven day's a week. The Centre offers a comprehensive mix of meeting and training rooms, large conference rooms and auditorium with full state-of-the-art technology with technical support to hand.
Business support teams are housed within the Innovation Centre and Enterprise Centre providing advice, help and liaison with the University as well as local, regional and national organisations covering areas such as European funding, research opportunities, marketing, exports and information technology. The contract for cleaning the site is being managed by Regent's local office in Coventry on behalf of the Centre Management. Regent cleans all areas across the three Centre's including reception and public areas, kitchens, Bistro, toilets, corridors, fire escapes and the leased office suites. "Regent has proven to be an ideal cleaning provider to the site," says Centre Assistant, Sarb Ladhar. "Their tender was comprehensive and presented good value-for-money as well as flexibility. "The crews are on site on time once the majority of the businesses have finished for the day and have all the Centre's clean and ready for work again within three to four hours. They are thorough, unobtrusive and sensitive to the varying needs of our tenants as well as visitors to the Conference Centre."
